4.Dash Cam Installation: Power Connection Please use the original charger provided with the device to power it on and charge the built-in battery (if applicable). Connect one end of the car charger to the device’s USB/Type-C port, and plug the other end into the car’s cigarette lighter socket. The device will automatically power on when the car engine is started.

Ask：Why is the inside camera recording in black and white at night?

Answer：The interior camera uses fifth-generation matrix infrared technology and automatic infrared night vision sensing. When the ambient light is low, it automatically switches from color to black and white imaging, utilizing infrared light reflected from surroundings for night vision monitoring. The infrared sensor may cause some color distortion in the footage, with a noticeable red tint.

Ask：Why can't the app connect after my iPhone is connected to WiFi?

Answer：The app requires various permissions from your phone to function correctly. Make sure to allow all permissions during installation. If any permissions are blocked or denied, the app may not have the access it needs and could fail to operate properly. For iPhone users, location access is required after installation. Set it up as follows: go to Phone Settings - Privacy - Location Services - appXXX - Allow Location Access - While Using the App.

Ask：Collision sensitivity is set high, but the dash cam isn't locking videos, even on bumpy roads or when slamming the car door. What's the issue?

Answer：This design is primarily intended to activate during emergency situations. If the sensitivity is too high, it would generate too many locked videos, which goes against our design purpose. Too many locked videos can reduce the loop recording space, leading to the device prompting for formatting. To test if the collision detection is working, you can tap the mirror of the device with your knuckle for verification.

Ask：What should I do if the dash cam sometimes displays very dark or very bright images, making photos appear unclear or overexposed?

Answer：1、Adjust the lens downward to include part of the car's hood in the frame. This helps prevent the lens from pointing too much at the sky, which can cause overexposure and automatic dimming. 2、Adjust the exposure compensation settings: +1, +2, +3 to brighten the image; -1, -2, -3 to darken it.

1.First, align the slot of the 3M mount/suction cup mount with the buckle and install it securely.
2.Step 2: Clean the car window, peel off the adhesive film from the 3M mount/suction cup mount, and attach the device to a suitable position.
3.Step 3: Connect the power cable and route it along the inner edge of the car roof lining. Starting from the A-pillar, use a pry tool to neatly tuck it into the gap along the weatherstripping.
4.Step 4: When routing the cable down to the car floor, store any excess cable under the carpet. Plug it into the car cigarette lighter to power on (the indicator light will turn on). The dash cam will automatically start and is ready for use.
5.The indicator light is on.
6.The dashcam starts up normally, and the installation is complete.
